Ryan Duffy Ryan is a Vice President of Investments with the
NNN Pro Group. The NNN Pro Group is Marcus & Millichap’s top performing
group across all product types, and the premier net lease and sale-leaseback
group. Ryan is also a Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s New
York Office and part of the firm’s Healthcare Real Estate Group.

He specializes in the advisory and disposition of Healthcare
Real Estate investment assets throughout the country. He focuses on executing
the sales of portfolios and single Healthcare Real Estate assets throughout the
country. Ryan is actively structuring sale-leaseback programs tailored to the
current market conditions, and clients overall goals and circumstances. Through
Ryan’s Healthcare Industry-specific knowledge, he has remained close to the
rapid shifts and growth in the Healthcare industry. He enjoys and has been
proven successful in educating Healthcare provider groups on how there real
estate portfolio fits into the Net-Lease market as a growth sector. Ryan
continues to advise private doctors, physician corporations, hospital
associations as well as regional and national healthcare providers on their
Real Estate strategies. Ryan has marketed and sold over $400 Million worth of
Healthcare Real Estate over the course of his career, while the NNN Pro Group
sells between $2.0 B and $3.0 B in net lease annually.
