Ryan Demadis

Ryan Demadis joined the Boston office of IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in July 2026. He has experience financing all asset classes, but his primary focus is on industrial and multifamily properties. In addition, Mr. Demadis specializes in ground-up construction and structured transactions. He has closed over $1 billion in debt and equity originations working with various capital sources including life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, debt funds, institutional equity investors and banks.

Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, Mr. Demadis served as a Senior Vice President with Northmarq for over a decade. He was also a member of the office leasing and investment sales team at RM Bradley in Hartford, Connecticut, where he focused on both tenant and landlord representation.

Mr. Demadis graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in real estate and urban economics and a concentration in finance. He is an active member of NAIOP and REFA and serves as Vice President of the board for The RiseUP Group, a nonprofit focused on youth development, mentoring and public art in Connecticut.
