Robert Cronenberg

Rob Cronenberg joined the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in March 2023. Mr. Cronenberg is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing, development, self-storage and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local capital sources including commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, agencies and debt funds.

Mr. Cronenberg is proficient in transactions of all sizes, having closed deals ranging from $2MM to $200MM. Prior to joining MMCC, he served as a Director with Cushman and Wakefield in a similar capacity and was also a Capital Markets Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Senior Analyst at JLL and HFF. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Salt Lake City office. In this role, Mr. Cronenberg was responsible for financial reporting while working with a wide range of clients and business lines in the operations department.

Mr. Cronenberg is a graduate of the University of Denver, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
