Robert Caliguri

Robert Caliguri joined the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in February 2024. Mr. Caliguri is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.

Mr. Caliguri has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, specializing in Commercial Mortgage Loan Origination for Multifamily & Mixed-Use properties. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Caliguri served as a Client Manager in the Commercial Term Lending Division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He was also a mortgage broker at Evergreen Mortgage.

Mr. Caliguri is a graduate of the University at Albany, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in New York and is also a member of NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate Networking, CHIP (Community Housing Improvement Program) and Rotary International.
