RJ Sarka

RJ specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation, and transaction services within the Dinius-Warsinske Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap. Leaning on his analytical background and work ethic, RJ aims to help his clients navigate difficult and competitive markets to achieve their investment goals. RJ is a market expert in Core Seattle focused on submarkets such as Capitol Hill, Eastlake, Central District, and the Rainier Valley.

RJ graduated from Bates College in Maine with a B.A in Economics and Math. His competitive spirit and discipline were developed as a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team, which was ranked #1 in the country in 2017. RJ is from Portland, Maine, but grew up visiting family in Seattle and after college he jumped at the opportunity to move to Seattle and begin his career. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.
