Rick Romano specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout San Francisco. A native San Franciscan with Italian roots spanning multiple generations, Rick brings an authentic understanding of the city's neighborhoods, rental dynamics, and investment landscape. His lifelong connection to San Francisco, paired with a rigorous and analytical approach to valuation, allows him to provide clients with clear, straightforward guidance at every stage of the transaction process.

Rick's education began at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, one of San Francisco's most respected college preparatory institutions, where he built the academic foundation and work ethic that have carried through his professional life. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California in Moraga.

Outside the office, Rick enjoys golfing, working out, and attending concerts.
