Richelle Urenda

Richelle Urenda is an associate investments advisor with the Lagos-Wolansky Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap. Based in the Houston office, she specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties, including shopping centers and triple-net assets, throughout Southwest Houston to Corpus Christi. Richelle assists clients with investment strategies, asset positioning and the sale of retail properties in some of the fastest-growing markets in Texas.

She brings nearly five years of experience in retail commercial real estate, with a background spanning acquisitions, leasing, property management and transaction management. Known for her analytical approach and market insight, Richelle excels in evaluating retail fundamentals, tenant demand and capital market trends to help clients maximize asset value. Her expertise enables efficient, transparent transactions from underwriting through closing.

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Richelle earned her degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
