Richard Vanis III

Rich joins our team after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. His experience working in private equity has offered him a unique perspective on investor relations allowing him to guide his clients in the right direction. During his internship, Rich had the opportunity to enrich his knowledge by researching potential investments, participating in the screening process of new deals, research on pitch decks and pro forma financials, deal sourcing, market research, and a plethora of other helpful tactics that prepared him for the world of commercial real estate. Rich is most fascinated by how influential commercial real estate is in our everyday lives, every sale has the potential to benefit an entire community.

Rich’s free time includes spending time outdoors, as well as attending his siblings' sporting events. Rich also participated in the ZAP program that gave him the opportunity to inspire the inner-city youth in Austin, Texas. This gave him the opportunity to teach and coach kids between the ages of nine and fifteen.
