Experience include Landlord Tenant Representation with Lormax Stern Development, Acquisition/Disposition officer buying retail centers all over the United States.
Extensive experience from the tenants perspective in selling retail properties. Major focus is big box retail typically across from the dominant Regional Mall.

I have also worked with every major tenant in the United States including, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Kohl's, Kmart/Sears Holdings, J.C. Penny, Big Lots, Burlington Coat, Petco, Office Depot, and Dicks Sporting Goods to name a few.
