Richard J. Knorr

Richard Knorr joined the Inland Empire, CA office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2014 and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Mr. Knorr is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, net-lease, office and industrial, retail, self-storage and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Knorr served as a Vice President with Johnson Capital as well as Principal of IBC Capital, a boutique commercial mortgage banking firm. He specializes in acquisition financing for permanent loans, bridge financing and debt restructuring, in addition to joint venture equity placement across asset classes nationwide. His specialties are structured finance for multifamily, office, retail (single & multi-tenant), industrial, self-storage and hospitality properties nationwide.
