Ricardo Esteves

Ricardo Esteves, First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, specializes in the Investment Sales of Net Lease Assets nationwide. Ricardo is a partner of the Issenberg & Britti Group, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country, and is also a Director of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail and Net Lease Divisions. Additionally, he serves as member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.

Ricardo has been personally responsible for the disposition of several hundred properties exceeding $1 billion in transaction volume. His multitude of transactions included corporate sale-leaseback programs, 1031 exchanges, execution of estate planning strategies, complex portfolio transactions, and more. In his tenure, Ricardo has established a reputable list of clients which includes some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies, publicly traded REITs, private equity funds, developers, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ricardo was an award-winning team leader in several Fortune 100 companies, more recently serving as Senior Manager for American Express. He is a graduate from Kean University earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S) focused in Business.
