Ricardo Esteves

Ricardo Esteves is a Senior Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and leads The Esteves Group, an investment sales team specializing in the brokerage of net-leased and retail assets nationwide.

Over the course of his career, Ricardo has been involved in hundreds of transactions representing billions of dollars in aggregate market value, providing him with extensive experience across a wide range of deal structures and market conditions. His experience includes corporate sale-leaseback programs, 1031 exchange strategies, portfolio transactions, and the sale of single and multi-tenant net-leased assets across sectors including automotive, car washes, banking, childcare, pharmacy, fitness, restaurants, convenience and fuel, medical, industrial, and multi-tenant retail.

Ricardo has advised many of the nation's leading institutional real estate firms, publicly traded REITs, private equity funds, developers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. His experience structuring and executing complex transactions has established him as a trusted advisor in the net lease sector.

Throughout his career, Ricardo has been consistently recognized as a top-performing investment sales professional, earning multiple Sales Achievement Awards and the firm’s National Achievement Award. He was also recognized with Rookie of the Year and Pace Setter honors and, in 2024, was inducted as a Senior Investment Advisor (SIA), an elite designation reserved for accomplished advisors within the firm. His performance has also earned industry recognition, including CoStar’s Power Broker Award, Crexi’s Platinum Broker Award and Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ricardo held leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies, most recently serving as a Senior Manager at American Express. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Kean University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) & Urban Land Institute.
