Reginald Clay

Reginald M. Clay is a multifamily investment advisor based in the Washington, D.C. office of Marcus & Millichap. He joined the firm in 2023, bringing ten plus years of industry experience to the team.

In his previous roles, Reginald managed moving logistics projects for a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, private companies, and universities. He was responsible for developing project plans for approximately $5 million in annual contracts and implementing comprehensive management processes. His professional journey also includes overseeing apartment relocations for the District of Columbia Housing Authority and Winn Properties, as well as moving logistics and FF&E installations at over 25 DC public schools.

A native of Columbia, Maryland, Reginald holds a degree in Economics and World Finance from the University of Virginia.
