Raffi Nalbandian

Raffi Nalbandian is currently an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout Los Angeles, with a concentration on the Westside. Based in the firm's Century City office, he partners with Tony Azzi as a member of the Azzi Group, one of the firm's top multifamily teams, with more than $4.5 Billion in combined sales.

Raffi came to brokerage from software. He earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge and spent five years building and running his own data company: winning clients, managing operations and negotiating contracts before he underwrote his first building. That background entirely shapes how he works: maintaining and working with data to streamline his results for his clientele. Whether a client is acquiring their first building or repositioning a portfolio, the recommendation rests on grounded analysis rather than instinct.

Outside the office, Raffi follows economic and capital-market trends closely. He enjoys spending his time with family, friends and on the tennis court.
