Price A. Brazzel

Price consults with clients on investing and divesting multi-family property in the South Carolina and Georgia markets. His team works with clients to achieve their investment goals across the Carolinas and Georgia with members in Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, and Greensboro. His team has closed over $700 Million in Real Estate transactions focused primarily on the A/B/C market rate, student housing and LIHTC apartments, along with undeveloped land and manufactured housing across the Southeast. He works frequently with MMCC, Marcus & Millichap's subsidiary capital corporation, helping clients to get the competitive lending they need. Price understands and aligns himself with owners real estate investing goals, performing property analyses and developing marketing strategies to extract the maximum value for his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Price has worked with property managers in Charleston for multi-family assets as well as invested in his own entrepreneurial ventures. He comes from a family who has been in Real Estate, Development, and Finance for over 50 years in Louisiana. Graduating from the College of Charleston with a Bachelors in Commercial Real Estate Finance, Price has joined Marcus to make his own name. He enjoys spending his free time surfing, golfing, and amateur boxing.
