Preston Williams

Preston K. Williams is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, specializing in industrial investment sales. He advises investors and business owners throughout Southwest Houston, Texas, on acquisitions, dispositions and strategies to increase the value of industrial properties.

Williams tailors his approach to help clients identify opportunities to enhance property performance, improve market positioning and maximize asset value. Drawing on his entrepreneurial background, he provides practical insight into ownership, operations and investment decision-making, helping clients evaluate industrial assets with a focus on long-term value creation.

A Houston native, Williams attended the University of Houston before launching and operating his own business, which he later successfully sold. His local market knowledge, combined with firsthand business ownership experience, allows him to understand the objectives and challenges faced by investors and owner-users across the Houston industrial market.

Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys traveling, is active in his church community and supports The Covenant House charity.
