Preston Williams

Preston K. Williams is an associate investments advisor in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout Southwest Houston, helping clients strategically position their assets to maximize value and returns.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate through early industry exposure and a focus on investment strategy. Preston’s ability to align investor goals with market opportunities is a key strength in guiding successful transactions.

He is a Houston native and attended the University of Houston for three years before exploring an entrepreneurship opportunity to start his own business. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling and being active in his church community.
