Phoebe Klein

Phoebe Klein specializes in multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties throughout Indiana, where she grew up. Phoebe aims to support her clients through creative and dynamic approaches, generating value for her clients. Her methodical and meticulous process allows her to get to know her market and the land as it's evolved. She is passionate about building new long-lasting relationships while deepening her existing ones throughout this process.

Phoebe was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana, and graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a double major in Real Estate and Finance, and a minor in Informatics. While she was initially introduced to the industry by family friends and mentors, she quickly became infatuated with the connected and personal touch it requires. Phoebe utilizes her love for research and acquiring new knowledge and experiences, to enrich the transaction process for her clients. She loves fashion and photography, and when she’s not spending her free time doing that, she’s spending time with her family and friends at the lake.
