Philippe Moisan

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Philippe is active in the commercial real estate sector in Montréal, where he advises investors on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, commercial, and development assets.

He began his career as a financial analyst with a major real estate developer, developing strong expertise in financial analysis and asset valuation. He later deepened his understanding of transaction structuring and operational considerations through his brokerage practice and his own real estate investments.

As part of the Mariani – Di Gennaro Group at Marcus & Millichap, Philippe is a member of a team advising private and institutional investors. He supports clients throughout the transaction process, from analysis to closing, with a disciplined, value-driven approach.

Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en comptabilité, Philippe œuvre dans le secteur de l’immobilier commercial à Montréal, où il accompagne des investisseurs dans leurs stratégies d’acquisition et de disposition d’actifs multifamiliaux, commerciaux et de développement.

Il a débuté sa carrière comme analyste financier auprès d’un important développeur immobilier, développant une solide expertise en analyse financière et en valorisation d’actifs. Il a ensuite approfondi sa compréhension de la structuration de transactions et des enjeux opérationnels dans le cadre de sa pratique en courtage ainsi qu’à travers ses propres investissements immobiliers.

Au sein du Groupe Mariani – Di Gennaro de Marcus & Millichap, Philippe évolue au sein d’une équipe conseillant des investisseurs privés et institutionnels. Il accompagne ses clients à chaque étape du processus transactionnel, de l’analyse à la clôture, avec une approche rigoureuse et orientée vers la création de valeur.
