Philip Batlin

Phil Batlin is a Director of the National Multi Housing Group based out of the Marcus & Millichap San Francisco office. Since 2009, Phil has focused on the sale of Multi-Family properties by exclusively representing buyers and sellers in the San Francisco, Bay Area. Phil Batlin was promoted to First Vice President of Investments in 2017. He has successfully closed over 150 investment real estate transactions valued over $500 million dollars and has established himself as one of the premier Bay Area apartment brokers. Phil also works directly with 1031 exchange buyers to identify, negotiate, and secure real estate transactions

Phil is a third generation San Francisco native. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2008, earning his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Communicative Studies and a minor in Political Science. He is an active member of Marcus and Millichap's National Multi-Housing Group, MLS, LoopNet, NAIOP, and San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. In his free time, he enjoys daily exercise at the San Francisco Olympic Club and spending time with his family.
