Peyton Bibb

Peyton Bibb joined the Charlotte office of IPA Capital Markets in December 2024. He is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. Peyton has particular expertise in structuring complex construction and bridge loans, along with deep knowledge of the fixed rate financing market. His client base includes some of the most active and well-known owners, operators and developers in the Southeast. He maintains relationships with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies and debt funds.

In his two decades of commercial real estate finance experience, Peyton has originated over $3 billion in CRE-secured loans and has provided development financing for more than 10,000 units of multifamily projects. Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, he worked for 14 years as a Senior Loan Originator and several years as a Portfolio Manager for three large national banks, with experience in construction lending, agency placements, CMBS, tax credit, and municipal bond finance. In addition to his originations work, Peyton has managed debt portfolios worth billions.

Peyton earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees from the University of Alabama. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
