Paul Rider

Paul Rider specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties throughout the Midwest. Paul received his bachelor's in Molecular and Cell Biology and a Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases from the University of California at Berkeley.

After a 20-year career as a research scientist, Paul joined Marcus & Millichap. He brings the same data-driven approach to his commercial real estate investment services business, where his focus is on using information and data to decrease uncertainty, increase efficiency and find value for clients whether they are holding, buying, selling, or in need of refinancing.

Paul is currently an owner-operator of multiple single-tenant industrial properties and looks forward to using his expertise to add value to every client's commercial real estate position.
