Paul Butera

Paul Butera specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties, with a primary focus in the Chicagoland suburbs. He recently joined the Parmacek Team, a leading group of investment professionals here at Marcus & Millichap.

Mr. Butera holds his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from DePaul University. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked in the shopping center management sector for his father along with tenant representation at CR&M in Chicago. Paul is local to the Northwest Chicagoland suburbs.
