Paul Blackburn

Paul E. Blackburn is a seasoned real estate agent and financial underwriter who works as a senior commercial real estate adviser and affiliate broker with Marcus & Millichap in Nashville, Tennessee. Paul joined Marcus & Millichap in 2014 after a career with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. As a native to Nashville, Paul provides insight into the local commercial real estate investment market with extensive experience in sales and leasing of most property types. Former and current clients include Metro Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), national and regional investment trusts, national and regional development companies, professional entertainers, athletes, as well as private investment companies and individuals. Paul is currently pursuing certification as a candidate to become a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), who are recognized as experts in commercial real estate investments.

Paul studied Business Administration and Commerce at Volunteer State Community College. In his personal time, Paul is a member of West End United Methodist Church in Nashville, as well as having served as the former vice president of the American Tae Kwon Do Association. Paul is a faithful husband, proud father of three, grateful son, humbled grandfather of three and respected professional.
