Patrick Suffield is a founding member and principal of Suffield Mid-markets Group. Patrick Suffield a nationally recognized investment sales team that specializes in the disposition of Commercial Real Estate properties across the Midwest and United States. Patrick’s daily mission is to energetically support clients by engineering innovative advisory solutions designed to bridge their objectives of today with their goals of the future. Patrick takes immense pride in meeting clients face to face and understanding the client’s specific situation and working with them to strategize on all possible options and outcomes.
In 2018, Patrick sought out working in the commercial real estate industry. Patrick has been very successful in securing out of state capital to come in and compete with local investors and setting the highest price per unit in several markets throughout the Midwest. Although focus has shifted to multifamily, Patrick enjoys the opportunity to constantly learn and understand multiple product types to best assist clients who may be looking to transition to a different product type or explorer options.
Patrick has listed or sold over $251 Million in properties in eleven states over his career consisting of:

• $155.7M of Multi-family
• $82.9M in Retail/commercial
• $12.5M in Mixed use

Patrick Suffield attended the University of Wisconsin -Whitewater where he earned a BA in Business finance and won three DIII National Championships with the football team as an Academic All - American. Aside from real estate, Patrick enjoys coaching, golf, and spending time with family & friends.
