Patrick Ferrie

Patrick is an Associate with the McEvay Blair Multifamily Group, specializing in multifamily and mixed use investment properties across the Lower Mainland. He brings a hands on, entrepreneurial mindset shaped by running his own home services business for four years — a venture he launched at eighteen while studying at BCIT. Balancing academics and business ownership built a strong foundation in sales, client service, and operational discipline, all of which now inform his approach to advising investors, developers, and property owners.
Patrick is known for his disciplined, data driven work style and his commitment to delivering a high quality client experience. Outside the office, he channels that same drive into endurance sports, regularly training for marathons and triathlons.
