Omar Rascon

Omar specializes in retail commercial real estate assets in the greater Phoenix MSA. As a Phoenix native, Omar possesses an intimate knowledge and understanding of local market dynamics, enabling him to effectively navigate the region’s unique challenges and opportunities. As firm believer that promoting the value for clients comes first, Omar demonstrates an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional advisory services, emerging market trends, and providing insights on how current debt environments affect value.

Omar attended Brophy College Prep before representing Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in various sales competitions before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2022. When not in the office, Omar spends his time with friends and family either taking on a new sport or visiting new restaurant concepts throughout the valley. Since an early age, Omar has been involved in SAARC, an organization that provides services to people with disabilities in Arizona. Omar is member of one the first cohorts and first in Phoenix for the Fellowship by Marcus & Millichap, a program that connects agents across the United States.
