Omar Chehade

Omar Chehade is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap based in the firm’s Fort Worth, Texas, office. Specializing in net lease investment properties, he advises owner-operators, developers and investors on the acquisition and disposition of travel centers, convenience stores, gas stations and truck stops nationwide. As a member of the National Convenience Group, Omar provides strategic guidance to clients seeking to maximize value and make informed real estate investment decisions.

Omar is known for building trust through transparent communication, market expertise and a disciplined, research-first approach. He evaluates fuel volumes, in-store performance and real estate fundamentals to develop data-driven valuations and actionable recommendations. His focus on operational performance and market analysis helps clients confidently navigate acquisitions, dispositions and investment planning.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Omar worked with Wheelhouse Commercial Development, where he supported the site selection and expansion efforts of national retail tenants and assisted in the acquisition of value-add retail investments. During that time, he underwrote more than 100 retail assets representing over $800 million in value, strengthening his expertise in investment analysis, market research and commercial real estate transactions.

A native of Weatherford, TX, Omar attended Weatherford High School before earning an Associate’s degree from Weatherford College. He later transferred to Texas Tech University, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and playing pickleball.
