Nicole J. Nabozny

Nikki Nabozny is an Industrial and Multi-Family specialist operating out of the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap, focusing primarily on the Greater Harrisburg MSA. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2022, Nikki partnered with the Dunkle-Vartanian Group- an elite group of investment specialists who have closed 40 transactions in 2022 totaling over $250M sales. Nikki’s passion for real estate coupled with her previous experience makes her a strong asset and addition to the team. Working with clients to ensure they maximize their ROI, irrespective of where they are in the ownership life cycle, is what Nikki enjoys the most about being an investment sales specialist.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nikki worked for multiple global CPG companies in both National Sales and Broker roles with her clients being some of the top retailers in the country. Over her 16-year career, Nikki earned several global and national awards and developed a reputation for taking a consultative approach to her business, helping to find creative solutions to problems and always putting her client’s best interests first. She credits much of her success to being a first generation American and hearing first-hand what her grandparents and parents went through to come to this country. Through this and her experience as a competitive athlete, Nikki was taught discipline, persistence, and an unwavering work ethic.

Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication Studies from West Virginia University. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends. She is an avid camper, boater, and has a passion for traveling with her family. No matter where her travels take her, she always finds her way back to Harrisburg, PA where she was born and raised. Through her love of her family, she understands the importance of building and maintaining long lasting relationships, which has helped her to grow personally and professionally.
