Nicolas Moretti

Nicolas Moretti is an Associate Director at Marcus & Millichap’s Vancouver office. While he primarily focuses on industrial sales and leasing, he has successfully transacted across all major asset classes throughout B.C.

Nicolas specializes in identifying value-add opportunities and combines in-depth financial analysis with creative strategies to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. He has a strong track record of maximizing property utility through tailored solutions, particularly in redevelopment scenarios. He advises on acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing, and build-to-suit opportunities.

He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020 after several years focused on asset management and development of commercial assets for a multinational corporation. Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business with a dual specialization in Real Estate and Marketing. Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys competitive sports and is an avid golfer and skier.
