Nico Kerman

Nico Kerman is a commercial real estate broker with Marcus and Millichap based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Specializing in office/industrial property types, Nico provides industry leading expertise for all his clients. As a commercial real estate professional, he delivers skilled market knowledge of the changes pertaining to the Southeast commercial real estate markets. He is experienced in financial analysis and underwriting, real estate valuations, strategic marketing, and market transitions. He is dedicated to serving all his clients with the highest level of professionalism, respect, integrity, and proficiency.

He is a member of First Vice President Donald Gilchrist’s brokerage team and a member of the Marcus and Millichap National Office and Industrial Property Group.

Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Nico was as an Associate Agent for Redfin Corporation and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the Canopy Realtor® Association in the greater Charlotte region.

Nico attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate. He is also a proud graduate of the UNC Charlotte Leadership Fellows Program, where he gained real world leadership experience.

He is a member of the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity Alumni Association, in which he assists, collaborates, and networks with active members and alumni members of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity across the nation. At a Chapter level, he was awarded the Principle of Integrity in 2019 and 2021. He was also recognized for his commitment to serving his community in 2021 with the Principle of Citizenship Award. In his free time, he enjoys time with family and friends, watching football, fitness, and investing.
