Nick R. Lore

Nick Lore is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial property in the Carolinas. He represents both institutional and private investors. His high level of service and specialization ensures Nick's clients achieve their short and long term goals. Nick handles every client project as if it were his own, and he is dedicated to providing world class customer service to all his clients. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nick was the Regional Manager for Ditech Financial. He managed the property preservation, pricing, marketing and selling of REO properties as well as the default servicing for over $6 billion in active mortgage loans. Nick received his B.S. from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
