Nick Collins

Nick Collins graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Kutztown University in 2007. While working full-time for Sherwin Williams he obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2010.​ Nick started his real estate career in 2013 and transitioned into real estate full-time in 2019. Nick has successfully completed more than 30 transactions in this time. ​

Nick is focused on building long term relationships with clients with an advisory focus to advocate for sellers. Nick’s laser focus provides him joy when helping clients maximize their highest net proceeds when selling their asset either through a disposition or an up leg. ​

Nick's sole focus is commercial real estate investment sales in the Single Tenant Net Lease space. Focusing on this asset class allows him to be hyper diligent for his clients allowing him to execute at a high level.
