Nick Christifulli

Nick Christifulli joined the Net Lease Advisory Group in June 2017 while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas. Since joining the Team, Nick specializes in advising the Net Lease Advisory Group’s clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties Nationwide. Nick is solely committed to single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease assets as well as structuring sale-leasebacks and portfolio sales throughout the United States.
