Originally from Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, Nicholas attended YSC Academy , an elite residential soccer program designed to develop top-tier athletes for collegiate and professional competition. He went on to continue both his academic and athletic pursuits at Virgina Tech, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication. During his time there, he was a four-year starter ont he men's soccer team, playing a key role in guiding the program through its most successful stretch in school history. His experience as a student-athlete instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipine, and a team-oriented mindset that now translates into his profesional career.

Nicholas began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2024 as a Sales Intern, where he focused on financial analysis, market research, and the valuation of Net-Leased Retail assets. Building on that foundation, he now utilizes the firm's national platform, data-driven approach, and extensive investor network to craft customized, results-oriented strategies that help clients maximize the value of their investments.
