Neville Rustomjee

Neville Rustomjee is a hospitality specialist in the firm’s Denver office, and is a Senior Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group.

As a licensed Independent Broker in the state of Colorado, and a Responsible Broker in the State of Wyoming, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Colorado and the neighboring states.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Neville worked as a registered architect. With over eighteen years of architectural experience, Neville has worked on a wide variety of building types, including large resorts and hotels. His designs have been published in a national Journal.

Neville also holds two degrees in Renewable Energy Technologies and is NABCEP certified. His knowledge about the increasing cost of energy in buildings, includes an understanding of energy conservation, energy efficiency, passive solar design, and active solar systems.
