Nathan Drake

Nathan Drake is an investment sales specialist focused on representing his clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties both in the Pacific Northwest and nationally. Nathan joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and is an experienced commercial real estate professional who is well versed in the sale of retail, light industrial, mixed-use and land development.

Nathan graduated from the University of Oregon with degrees in Human Biology and Business Administration. As a Portland native, Nathan is able to assist clients with unique and insightful information. A former golfer, Nathan brings a competitive edge to his local office team. Through leveraging Marcus & Millichap’s national marketing platform, Nathan provides investors with access to the industry’s largest inventory of deliverable commercial property as well as connect them to the largest pool of qualified private and institutional buyers and sellers.
