Nate Smith

Nate Smith is an associate investments advisor in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, specializing in seniors housing investment sales. Nate covers the Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas markets, providing clients with strategic advisory services focused on maximizing value and navigating complex transactions within the seniors housing sector.​

He holds a double major in entrepreneurship and finance, with a concentration in real estate, from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston. While at UH, he was part of the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, the nation’s top‑ranked undergraduate entrepreneurship program.​

​Originally from Pearland, Nate spent two years in full‑time ministry serving inner‑city communities in San Antonio. That experience continues to shape his approach to brokerage, driving him to carry a heart of service into every client relationship.​
