Nate Smith

Nate Smith is an associate investments advisor in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, specializing in seniors housing investment sales. He provides clients with strategic advisory services focused on maximizing value and navigating complex transactions within the seniors housing sector.

Known for his in-depth knowledge of the asset class and an unwavering dedication to client success, Nate delivers results through a focused, investment-driven approach. He holds a double major in entrepreneurship and finance, with a concentration in real estate, from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston. At the University of Houston, Nate was in the top ranked Entrepreneurship program in the nation, the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship.

Originally from Pearland, Nate previously spent two years in full-time ministry serving inner-city communities in San Antonio. In his free time, he enjoys golf, basketball, playing guitar, and exploring the best Nashville hot chicken spots.
