Natalie Hession is an Investment Sales Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston Office where she specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties throughout Boston’s Urban Core. Ms. Hession is well-versed in the 1031 exchange process and affords her clients access to the most attractive financing options in the Boston Metro through the relationships of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) with Life Insurance Companies, Credit Unions, and Conventional Lenders for commercial debt & equity placements.
Growing up in New England, Ms. Hession’s family opened up one of the most iconic Irish bars in South Boston during the 1960s, the Car Stop Café on West Broadway. She combines her inherent roots with a data-driven approach to provide her clients best-in-class advisory services for retail properties throughout all stages of the ownership cycle.
Ms. Hession is a graduate of Boston College, achieving her bachelor's in Psychology. While at BC, Natalie served as President of the Jenks Leadership Program, which identifies and prepares undergraduate students to lead through the service of others in addition to serving on the Board of Women in Business. Today, Natalie is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and CREW Boston.
