She began her real estate career in New York City before transitioning to commercial investment sales with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles. In her first year in the business, she successfully transacted more than $30 million, setting the foundation for her continued success.


Before entering real estate, Monique worked as an institutional sales trader for leading NYC hedge funds, pension funds, mutual funds, and investment banks. She has a keen understanding of market fundamentals, the effect(s) on the real estate market, and what drives price and terms. Her strong finance background has given her much support in navigating the sale process as she maximizes client exposure while leveraging investor relationships. Throughout her career, she understood the value in taking a hands-on consultative approach to her clients’ investment goals.
