Mixson Staffel, of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage facilities in the Louisiana market. His passion is developing relationships and always being available to assist clients in any way regarding their property or the market and he strives to demonstrate his ability to tirelessly outwork others through extensive preparation and market insight.

Mixson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a Business minor. He believes his dedication, willingness to learn, open mindedness, and availability will help him reach his lofty goals. Mixson has a passion to be an asset to his clients and knows that dedication, willpower, and consistent communication will help get him there.

Mr. Staffel believes that helping others is one of the most important things in life. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Carter Blood Care throughout the years. Mixson enjoys hunting, fishing, Longhorn football, and quality time with friends.
