Mitchell Cowan

Mitchell Cowan is licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida and specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and sale-lease backs of net-leased industrial properties nationwide with a focus on refrigerated and food-grade industrial properties. He is a member of the firm’s Office and Industrial Division. Mitchell has developed a large client database which is a value-add proposition for clients looking to transact real estate in a short time frame.

Mitchell joined Marcus & Millichap in 2014 after serving with a large national commercial firm in Pittsburgh, PA since 2006, where he specialized in general commercial sales and leasing. Prior to his transition into the commercial real estate brokerage industry, Mitchell owned and operated a retail shopping center. He was also employed by US Airways as an international captain flying the Airbus A-330.
