Mir Ali

Mir Ali started his career in real estate in the year 2007. He started as a loan officer for Union Bank with a focus of providing loans for real estate owners. During this time, Mir was also attending Cal Poly Pomona University majoring in Business Finance. Mir graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2011. Over the next decade, Mir would build a portfolio of clients who owned commercial real estate in the Industrial, Multi-family, Office and Hospitality sectors and have an approved lending & deposit portfolio in excess of $237 million dollars.

Mir went on to become Vice President of Business Development for Real Estate acquisition for CTBC Bank from 2019-2020. Towards the end of 2020, Mir made the transition to Marcus and Millichap in order to capitalize on his clients upcoming needs in the commercial real estate market. Mir currently resides in Chino Hills, Ca and has been happily married to his wife Sarah for 7 years. Mir is a voracious reader and consistently finishes 2-3 books every month. He is highly active in his local community and non-profits and has personally taken on the initiative to help the homeless population in the city of Pomona. Mir has been consistently helping feed the underprivileged and homeless in LA County for over 6 years now. Mir’s consistent dedication and work ethic for his clients and others has set him apart from the competition. His eagerness to learn, grow and obtain mentorship from those who have also been successful, have been the cornerstone to Mir’s success.
