Michael LaBar began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2002 and specializes in multi-family investments. He is consistently one of Southern Nevada's top producing, multi-family brokers, and has closed over $2 billion in investment real estate transactions over his career. Due to his intense and exclusive focus on multi-family investments, Michael has been able to provide an unparalleled level of expertise and results to his clients, which include private investors, mid-size syndicates, and large institutions. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Utah State University and has earned the prestigious designation of First Vice President Investments within Marcus & Millichap.
