Michael Fideler

Michael Fideler is a Net Lease Investment Specialist with the JTU Net Lease Group in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office. He advises private and institutional investors on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased (STNL) assets nationwide. Michael’s approach combines meticulous attention to detail, data-driven analysis, and strategic problem-solving to help clients maximize value and achieve long-term portfolio growth.

Michael specializes in helping private investors reposition their portfolios through 1031 exchanges, as well as enhancing asset value through lease extensions and rent restructures negotiated directly with major national tenants. For developer clients, he identifies opportunities for value-add redevelopment, ground leases, and build-to-suit projects. For institutional buyers, he sources high-credit, stable, and scalable net-lease investments across the country.

Michael is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a B.A. in Mathematics from University of Colorado Boulder.
