Michael Avent joined Marcus & Millichap in 2022 after working a few years at a local Las Vegas brokerage firm specializing in Multifamily sales. Prior to becoming a full time real estate professional, Michael spent 7 years as the Assistant Vice President of Fiduciary Management Services at Wells Fargo Bank. At Wells Fargo Michael was responsible for the management and administration of $5M - $25M simple and complex trust accounts.

Michael graduated Campbell University in 2013 where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Trust & Wealth Management and Minor in Financial Planning. Michael is a creative and challenge-seeking individual that is obsessed with self-growth. He strives to utilize his background in finance and wealth management to bring an enhanced client experience and unique analytical perspective to every deal.
