Megan Young

Megan Young brings a rare combination of hands-on investment experience and capital markets expertise to her role at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in Fort Lauderdale. As a commercial real estate debt and equity specialist, she helps clients navigate the full spectrum of financing solutions across agency, bank, CMBS and private lending sources, for permanent financing, value-add/bridge loans and construction. What sets Megan apart is that she’s been on the other side of the table. As an investor and co-general partner on multifamily and assisted living deals, she understands firsthand what sponsors and operators face when acquiring, financing and scaling their portfolios.

Before joining MMCC, Megan spent over eight years in CRE investing and advisory, founding Nova Skye Capital and building a background that spans venture development, sustainable construction and an AI-focused consulting venture in the commercial real estate space.

She is known for connecting the right people together and moving transactions forward. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships with investors, operators, developers and capital partners alike.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and is a licensed real estate professional in Florida and California.
