Maxwell Boruchov

Max Boruchov joined the Pappas Cardone Net Lease Group of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office in 2020 as an Investment Sales Associate.

Max represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net leased assets, with a concentration in Florida and the Southeast. He specializes in single-tenant properties including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Gas/Convenience Stores, Dollar Stores and more.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Max worked in acquisitions of multifamily and commercial properties in New York City. Through his extensive real estate background, Max works closely with New York clients in purchasing single-tenant assets in Florida.

Max holds his real estate license in the State of New York, where he moved after attending the University of Maryland. In his free time, Max enjoys playing golf and traveling, along with spending time with his family.
