Maxwell Boruchov

Max Boruchov is a member of the Pappas Cardone Net Lease Group and an Associate within Marcus & Millichap’s National Net Lease Group in the firm’s top producing office in Manhattan, New York City. Max focuses his practice on representing sellers of NNN properties in the State of Florida and working with 1031 exchange buyers in New York City transitioning from management intensive assets in the five boroughs into NNN assets in Florida.

Max specializes in a broad range of net leased assets including gas and convenience stores, quick service restaurants, dollar stores, and casual dining restaurants. Moreover, he prides himself on market expertise and developed certain proprietary data monitoring systems to ensure his clients are constantly seeing the most real time and accurate transaction information in Florida enabling them to make the best decisions.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Max worked in acquisitions of multifamily and commercial properties in New York City. Max’s deep network of investors throughout his years working within New York City provides him with a unique edge to match these investors with Florida NNN asset owners seeking to sell their properties for a premium.

Max holds his real estate license in the State of New York, where he moved after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, one of the Nation’s preeminent public research universities. In his free time, Max enjoys playing golf and traveling, along with spending time with his family.
