Max Lasdon

Max Lasdon is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, specializing in industrial and office investment sales. He advises private property owners and investors on the acquisition, disposition and valuation of industrial and office investment properties throughout Delaware and Chester County.

Lasdon approaches every assignment with grit, preparation and consistent follow-through. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, evaluate market conditions and develop strategies that support informed real estate decisions. By combining disciplined market analysis with Marcus & Millichap's national platform, Lasdon provides property owners with actionable insights and transparent guidance throughout the transaction process.

A William A. Millichap Fellow, Lasdon was selected for the firm's competitive training and development program, where he completed advanced training in commercial real estate investment analysis, financial modeling and client advisory services under the mentorship of experienced industry professionals. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management and real estate from Tulane University's Freeman School of Business. Originally from Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, Lasdon is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Real Estate (JFRE) and Jewish Business Network (JBN). Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors.
