Max Hulsh

Max Hulsh is an experienced real estate finance professional specializing in arranging capital across the full capital stack - including common LP and JV equity, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and other structured solutions. He works across all major asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail and office. His transaction expertise includes land acquisitions, ground-up development, condo inventory financing, permanent loans and transitional loans across every sector and office-to-residential conversions.

Since joining IPA Capital Markets in 2023, Max has advised on a range of high-profile assignments, delivering customized capital solutions for institutional sponsors. Prior to IPA, he was a Senior Associate at LEV and an Associate at Ladder Capital Finance, where he helped originate and execute numerous structured finance transactions.

Max holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
