Matthew Polci

Matthew Polci has over ten years of experience in real estate capital markets and has led the placement of more than $5 billion in structured capital across a broad range of asset classes throughout the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), Mr. Polci held positions with Mission Capital Debt & Equity, Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group and Avison-Young in Toronto.

Mr. Polci holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Canada and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University, where he serves as an adjunct professor.
