Matthew Polci

Matthew Polci, is a Senior Vice President. With more than ten years of experience in real estate capital markets, Mr. Polci has led the placement of over $5 Billion in structured capital across a broad range of asset classes throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to MMCC, Mr. Polci held positions with Mission Capital Debt & Equity, Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group and Avison-Young in Toronto. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, Canada and an M.S. in real estate finance and investment from New York University, where he serves as an adjunct professor.
