Matthew E. Whiteside

Matthew Whiteside’s career at Marcus & Millichap started in Chicago in 1999 and transitioned to his home state of Wisconsin as the Milwaukee Office’s first Multi-Family Specialist in 2001. Since, Matthew has closed over $1 billion of investment sales primarily Multi-Family properties throughout Wisconsin and nearly 14,000 units during his career. His expertise reaches all aspects of multi-family investments including market rate, student housing, affordable housing including LIHTC, Rural Development, and Section 8 properties. Matthew has been a leader in the office since starting in Milwaukee, bringing a high level of client service and dedication to the marketplace.
